Step two authentication and compliance

Traffic is authenticated by IP or credentials and screened against fraud and regulatory checks. Number formats are normalized and routing eligibility is verified.

Supported codecs are negotiated so audio can be established with the best quality for the available bandwidth. Media parameters and timers are aligned to minimize clipping and silence.
