Traffic is authenticated by IP or credentials and screened against fraud and regulatory checks. Number formats are normalized and routing eligibility is verified.
Supported codecs are negotiated so audio can be established with the best quality for the available bandwidth. Media parameters and timers are aligned to minimize clipping and silence.
Our routing engine evaluates quality indicators such as recent answer seizure ratio average call duration post dial delay jitter and latency together with cost and commercial preferences. The engine selects a primary route from either Tier 1 or Tier 2 partners and prepares one or more backup routes.
As the call progresses we measure round trip delay packet loss and mid call quality. If quality degrades or a provider fails the system triggers immediate failover to the next qualified route without operator intervention.
If the far end answers the call is maintained on the best available path. If the call cannot be completed it is released with accurate signaling codes so reporting and billing remain precise.
